TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Diversified Imaging Supply and our Credit Department. Each order that is placed by
Orders you and accepted by us is a sale subject to these Terms and Conditions, which you agree to, unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing. Diversified
Imaging Supply reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, without notice.
Shipments Orders placed for shipment from California by 2:00 p.m. (PST) are shipped same day.
Orders placed for shipment from South Carolina by 2:00 p.m. (EST) are shipped same day.
Orders placed for shipment from Minnesota by 2:00 p.m. (CST) are shipped same day.
Delivery Time is 1-5 Business Days, depending upon destination.
Note: These shipment times are not guaranteed, as various conditions and/or circumstances may cause unexpected delays.
Freight Charges From California, South Carolina or Minnesota Warehouse’s: Freight charges are added to your invoice on orders under $1500.00, Diversified
Imaging Supply will pay surface freight charges on all orders over $1500.00 that ship within the Continental United States.
Please note that the following items are exceptions to our Free Freight Policy from all warehouses:
• Background Paper, Equipment and other Heavy or Oversize Products.
All C.O.D. orders are subject to a $9.00 UPS Handling Charge, C.O.D’s vary on truck orders. All Hazardous Shipments, shipped UPS, are subject to a
$25.00 Per Carton Handling Charge, truck orders are charged a flat $25.00 Haz fee. All USPS orders are subject to a $5.00 Handling Fee.
Credit and Diversified Imaging Supply offers three primary methods of payment. Each is designed to maximize the speed at which we can process your
Payment Policy order:
• Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• C.O.D. - Bank Checking Account Verification is Required for payment by company check. Otherwise, payment must be made by Cashiers
Check or Cash.
• Open Account Terms - Granted at the sole discretion of Diversified Photo Supply, after approval of completed and signed Credit Application.
1. In order to remain on Open Account Terms, payments must be made within the specified terms.
2. A Service Charge of 1 – 1½ % per month may be assessed for any past due amount.
It is understood and accepted by the buyer that:
• All Open Account charges are due and payable upon the Due Date Specified on the Invoice.
• Diversified Imaging Supply reserves the right to:
1. Withhold shipments on delinquent accounts or for any reason that Diversified Imaging Supply deems justifiable
2. Change Payment Terms and/or Credit Limit, without notice
If any invoice is not paid, the buyer shall be subject to all reasonable costs and expenses, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees and court
costs incurred by Diversified Imaging Supply in collection of past due invoices.
• Diversified Imaging Supply DOES NOT ACCEPT POST-DATED CHECKS and is not responsible for any result which may occur due to
submission and/or deposit of a Post-Dated Check.
• Dishonored checks will be subject to a $25.00 Handling Charge.
Sales Tax Shipments to points within California, South Carolina and Minnesota will be subject to Sales Tax Charges on all items, unless a signed Resale Form is on
file at Diversified Imaging Supply. After receipt of the Resale Form, tax will be charged on applicable items only under California, South Carolina and
Minnesota law.
Minimum Order Orders under $50.00 will be subject to a $10.00 Handling Charge. Some items must be bought in certain quantities.
Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. Diversified Imaging Supply is not responsible for typographical errors.
Returns Credit or replacement will be made by Diversified Imaging Supply for any product found to be defective in manufacture, labeling or packaging, provided it
was purchased within thirty (30) days and is returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Prior Return Authorization is Required.
Returns/Restocking due to Customer Error will be subject to a 15% Restocking fee (With a minimum $5.00 fee) and accepted only within 30 days of the
invoice date. Credit will be issued after receipt of product.
Damages or Please notify Shipper Immediately upon receipt of damaged goods and have them noted on the paperwork. Keep all original carton(s) and
Shortages packaging material for inspection and notify Diversified Imaging Supply immediately. |
